Out of all three of the Sonic Advance games, which one is your favorite and why
Any Sonic game on the GBA counts too (yes, even Sonic Genesis)
I like the original because everything was simpler and more like Sonic 1, even though I don't really prefer Sonic 1's game design
Sonic Advance 3 is pretty cool too, with an emphasis on speed and tag-team moves
I haven't played much of Advance 2 so I dont have an opinion on that one, other than I liked what I played
I like 2 the most nowadays. Shame it doesn't tell you how to actually use its new mechanics that actually make the game fun to play. Like all the tricks & stuff. Double tapping forward while jumping also makes bosses not as annoying.
It's hold right but like... alright. Me find best route I fast.
The way to unlock characters in 2 is cool, you unlock them as you progress through the story
and the world map is styled like Sonic Adventure 2 as well
I liked Advance 1 but the screen resolution on the GBA was so small you would constantly run into spike traps and enemies, the game would greatly benefit from a widescreen mod or something.
Honestly Advance 2 and 3 never really did anything for me, but the sprite work is incredible.
Sonic Battle is best Gameboy Sonic title IMO.
There's a demo for a fan remake of the first Sonic Advance called "Sonic Advance Revamped" that looks really promising and has widescreen and a lot of extra characters, no idea if it's still being worked on though
@TriStainNG Yeah. What ISN'T cool is how to unlock the final boss. Usually sonic final bosses (mainly in this era) aren't great but I liked Advance 2's the most out of the trilogy. It's Doomsday zone with extra steps.

I think it has the best ost and I think the visuals are very pretty. I like Advance 1 because it feels like a solid traditional sonic game. And I’m kinda mixed on Advance 2. It’s a really mindless game tbh it’s just all about speed and holding right
